Return & Exchange
1. Return the item (s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of the receipt confirming shipment.
2. Your request will be review within 5 working days of its receipt.
3. Reasons such as
3.1) I changed my mind,
3.2) I don’t want it anymore,
3.3) The colour is different from the website.
3.4) I don’t like the design, I want change to other items
3.5) I don’t like the material
Will be consider as INVALID grounds for refund or exchange. Unless, the item has a defect / damage. And exchange can be made one time only.
4. All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
5. Item (s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packed properly. We reserve the right to not accept returns and send back the items to you if we received an unsuitable condition.Please notify us at admin@demanda.com.my by quoting RETURN on the subject, the order number and the picture of the defect on the product. We will notify the address to return the item once you reach out to us.
5.1) Shipping cost are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reach our office. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, your parcel will be processed within 1-3 working days once it reaches our store.
5.2) Please be informed that we only accept cash or transfer by online banking for postage fee. We do not accept ‘WANG POS’ from pos laju for postage fee.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item (s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.
7. Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible to EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND.
8. You may process returns / exchange through your nearest post office.
